Lashfan Artistry takes great pride in the art we do! We continually train with well-respected educators worldwide to ensure that our work is of high quality and up to date for our lovely clients. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days, and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. We are proud to offer this policy. No refunds are available at this time.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at Lashfan Artistry. We honor your booked time that has been specifically reserved for you. We understand that unforeseen events can occur, and appointment adjustments will be necessary. We respectfully ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice. Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Failure to NO SHOW your appointment will result in charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.
Late Arrivals
We understand if you are running a few minutes late. If you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time, and you will be expected to pay the full-service fee. Out of respect for the next scheduled client, we are unable to extend any late arrivals.
Lash Fills
Lash fills will need to have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining for it to be considered a regular lash fill. With proper application and care, this will be easy! (If you are experiencing premature lash extension loss, your lash artist will troubleshoot this issue with you).
Fills with less than 40% of extensions remaining will be charged as a full set. Also, because products and applications vary so much within the industry, fills coming from a different salon might be subject to pay for a full lash set, which will only be applicable if the other artists fill has not been safely done. A thorough in-person consultation will determine this.
Makeup
We kindly ask to come in with squeaky clean eyelashes. Even though we cleanse your eyelashes beforehand, coming in with clean eyelashes will ensure that the lash extensions adhere correctly. We have a lash wash station if you need to remove excess eye makeup.
Cellphones
We kindly ask to silence your phone during your lash appointment. Doing so will limit distractions and will allow us to use your scheduled time for your service. You may bring your headphones to listen to a book/music during your lash appointment.
